Qualifications

Work Environment

This position is set in various retail settings, including:

  • Retail service establishments
  • Shopping centers or malls
  • Medical facilities or clinics
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Prepare detailed reports regarding incidents and observations.
  • Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Monitor establishment activities and operate security control room equipment.
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter theft and ensure safety.
  • Prevent and detect incidents of shoplifting and theft.
Certifications and Skills
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard License is essential.
  • First Aid Certificate is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Personal Attributes
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk and patrol assigned areas regularly.
Employment Details

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
