Job Title: Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at JAY KALI CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, fittings, and appliances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts and requirements
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Estimate costs and materials
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in plumbing
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Own steel-toed safety boots
