We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic professional to become part of our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Maintenance & Reliability team to establish and uphold a comprehensive and current Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategy aimed at averting equipment failures and production interruptions.
  2. Oversee the organization and maintenance of spare part inventories, ensuring critical spare parts are readily available and properly stored.
  3. Manage the scheduling of Preventive Maintenance tasks and conduct routine equipment certifications and instrument calibrations in line with established Standard Operating Procedures.
  4. Facilitate authorized work order execution within production environments.
  5. Ensure timely completion of PM tasks and update work orders based on criticality to maintain operational continuity and align with production timelines.
  6. Work closely with Technical Services to coordinate shutdown schedules and execute PM across various departments.
  7. Prioritize and implement PM activities related to facility and equipment in response to audit findings and quality notifications.
  8. Utilize project management expertise to plan and execute projects effectively.
  9. Coordinate and manage multiple project activities, including monitoring field progress, aligning C&Q activities, and collaborating with maintenance for calibration and turnover tasks.
  10. Track project staff time and manage costs efficiently.
  11. Engage with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
  12. Guarantee effective communication of all maintenance-related activities to facilitate proper planning and execution.
  13. Ensure all relevant disciplines are informed and consulted regarding responsibilities.
  14. Convey technical information across the organization, particularly regarding Autoclave system technology.
  15. Implement projects safely and in compliance with GMP standards.
  16. Fulfill all Health and Safety training obligations and enforce Health and Safety protocols on all projects.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of a University degree in a relevant Engineering field.
  2. At least four (4) years of pertinent industry experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, food and beverage, or any GMP environment.
  3. A strong technical foundation in Production, Maintenance, and Engineering is preferred, including adherence to good documentation practices.
  4. Proven experience in coordinating activities across diverse functional areas.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
