About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer to join our Design team at Info-Tech Research Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate research into informative and supportive interaction designs and data visualizations.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for interaction projects and visualize a shared understanding of the needs of leadership, product, and development.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviors, and apply this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in user experience, including a portfolio highlighting your projects and contributions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in UX, HCI, Design, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of UX and design principles, including research, taxonomy, interaction, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with and gathering requirements from stakeholders and internal users.
  • Experience with group facilitation, project inception and planning, and presentation.
