Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and minimize waste.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing selection of food options.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently to meet their needs.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and responsibly.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Work Environment:

As a Food Counter Attendant at McDonald's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
