About the Role:As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our brand and will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
