About the Role:As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and security protocols
- Collaborate with district managers and other store managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business or a related field an asset
