About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 65 Paradise Enterprise Incorporated. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our services and products.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and cash handling.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer service, and other key performance indicators.
  • Team Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales floor staff.
    • Identify and address any performance issues, providing coaching and support to staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
