Job Summary

PCL Industrial Management Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Student to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost control, while also participating in project meetings and reviewing drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Meetings: Participate in project meetings to discuss project progress, identify issues, and develop solutions.
  • Drawings and Documentation: Review and verify drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communication: Communicate with project stakeholders, including trades staff, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress and activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Pursuing a degree or diploma in engineering with a mechanical, electrical, or civil major.
  • Experience: Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
