About the Role

As a leader in our Direct Sourcing function, you will set the sourcing vision for a newly created team, driving strategic contract management and negotiation to optimize spend and generate savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Direct Sourcing department, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new product needs and improve design quality and cost.
  • Manage sourcing processes and procedures, executing and delivering products on time, on budget, and at a high level of design and quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance, provide feedback, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead discussions with business partners to draft detailed business requirements and facilitate the RFP/RFQ/RFI and vendor evaluation process.
  • Ensure active workload balancing, prioritization, execution, and KPI management of the team for effectiveness and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of Procurement and Sourcing experience with people management experience.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience working with managing Direct contracts.
  • Ability to drive a total cost of ownership mindset and implement cost savings initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal.
