Job Summary

As a key member of the Groupe Leclerc team, the Electromechanical Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the electromechanical team on their respective shift. This includes distributing tasks, managing team performance, and ensuring the smooth running of the plant's maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the electromechanical team to meet production needs and maintain plant productivity.
  • Distribute tasks and projects efficiently across the team to ensure timely completion and optimal resource utilization.
  • Respond to maintenance-related production problems and ensure compliance with the help chain when required.
  • Participate in information meetings and daily follow-up to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in the resolution of maintenance-related problems and propose performance improvement projects to enhance team efficiency.
  • Test equipment to ensure proper performance and functionality.
  • Respect and adhere to food production rules and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in the improvement of work methods and investigation of work-related accidents to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Vocational diploma in electromechanics or industrial mechanics.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in team management and electromechanical operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages.
  • Recognized as an autonomous, dynamic individual with excellent organizational and priority-setting skills.
