We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Rosdev Management Inc. as a Building Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
- Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
- System Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Contractor Coordination: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Work Environment: Work with minimal supervision and perform tasks in a physically demanding environment.
- Weather Conditions: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as part of daily duties.
- Heavy Loads: Handle heavy loads as part of the job requirements.
- Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment.
- Bending and Kneeling: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
