**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Valuations Actuary to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a key member of our actuarial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the firm's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting work.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Hands-on valuations work focused on US and Canadian GAAP and STAT
* Mentoring junior staff and guiding model projects for valuations
* Assisting with setting targets and driving business strategy

**Requirements**

* FSA or ASA designation required
* 8+ years of actuarial experience, preferably within the life and annuities space
* US and Canadian GAAP, STAT, and Tax experience, Solvency II experience is a huge plus
