About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Rickys All Day Grill and Famoso Pizzeria. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Portion and wrap foods for customers
    • Package take-out food for customers
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs
  • Inventory and Maintenance
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
Work Environment and Requirements

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
