Job Title: Human Resources Manager

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Manage HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide HR support to employees and management, including answering questions and resolving issues
Requirements:
  • College diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
