About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
    • Ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are washed and sanitized
    • Maintain a clean and organized storage area
  • Food Preparation
    • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
    • Portion and wrap foods as required
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food and cleaning supplies
    • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Assist in maintaining and cleaning equipment, including conventional ovens, deep fryers, and grills
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
    • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
