We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Anna and Lucio's Trattoria. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including storing supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work surfaces.

In addition to your kitchen duties, you will also provide support to our chefs and kitchen staff, assisting with food preparation and service. This may include tasks such as washing and peeling vegetables, sweeping and mopping floors, and removing kitchen garbage and trash.
