About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer at Fastway Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes, perform routine maintenance work, and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Support Services: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Participate in duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
