Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency at Group 3 Plumbing Ltd.. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and have a solid background in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine existing administrative processes to improve productivity.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Organize and distribute incoming mail accurately.
  • Compile and analyze financial reports related to expenses and income.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and logs of work activities.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Verify the accuracy of time sheets, payroll, and other financial summaries.
  • Execute various clerical and administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Perform general office duties to support daily operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.

This is a permanent role offering between 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
