Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Deep and Thorough Cleaning Services Inc. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure all hallways, floors, and stairs are clean and free of debris.
  • Industrial Cleaning: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a sparkling clean environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • Criminal Record Check: A clean criminal record is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
