Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform self-assessments for quality and daily safety assessments twice daily;
  • Coach all kitchen leaders and team members on speed, attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety;
  • Manage effective and efficient inventory and ordering;
  • Ensure proper receiving and accounting of inventory end-of-month counts and input;
  • Maintain accurate transfer logs;
  • Schedule boards, prep, and receiving and setting up daily;
  • Lead daily kitchen team huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions;
  • Align daily kitchen practices with business vision and annual thematic goal;
  • Improve profitability by lowering food gap.
