Position Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our team in Truro, NS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating our printing presses to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate printing presses to ensure accurate and efficient production of products.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of presses to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and control ink levels, paper quality, and other production parameters to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in flexographic printing or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
