**Description**:
As a Crown + Bridge technician you'll be responsible for restoring lost dentition; working with dentists’ prescriptions to make bridges, crowns and implants. Strong Attributes include strong hand-eye coordination, excellent work ethic, the ability to work in a team setting and participate in team building activities.
**Job Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in dental technology
- 3-5 years of experience in porcelain build-ups -Able to hand wax full dental anatomy
- Good knowledge of occlusion -Able to produce 20+ 3D printed models for Essix retainers daily
- Knowledge on Prusa system **-** Wax, press, and finish e.max® restorations - Stain and glaze posterior e.max® and monolithic zirconia restorations - Cutback and layer porcelain on anterior e.max® and Zirconia restorations - Layer porcelain on posterior zirconia with buccal cutback
- Experience working with full contour crowns, staining and glazing with Myio system - Fit and finish temporary restorations - Wax up diagnostic cases - including full mouth rehabilitation - Take custom shades and perform shade adjustments on patients - Must be willing to cross-train in all areas of the lab - Good knowledge of digital workflow. CAD design and 3Shape experience a must -Experience with Roland Mills including MillBox CAM Software
- Must have 75% of the job requirements listed above to be considered
**Qualifications**:
- Post secondary education in Dental Technology - Be proficient in English, both written and verbal - Have effective oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal
with all levels of personnel in a professional and effective manner
- Must have a thorough understanding of porcelain processing technology, crown
morphology, and crown and bridge case design
