As a six-partner, locally owned firm, we operate with over 70 staff members across various locations, serving businesses at all stages of development—from emerging and owner-managed enterprises to large private companies, not-for-profit organizations, professionals, and individuals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, executing, and completing primarily audit and review engagements, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Analyzing, identifying, and resolving issues related to assurance engagements.
  • Training and supervising junior staff during field assignments.
  • Delivering personal, attentive service to clients to foster productive working relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Successful completion of the Common Final Evaluation (CFE), at a minimum holding a status of CPA-in-waiting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, specifically in audits and review engagements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, audit and review procedures, and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, QuickBooks Online, and/or other tax preparation software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, project management, and organizational abilities.
  • A proven ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and experience in leading junior staff on client deliverables.
  • A consistent ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • The capacity to accept and apply feedback to enhance future engagements.
