Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Fas Gas Plus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and attendants to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory, including fuel, merchandise, and supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Establish and maintain work schedules, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
