Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to define and visualize asset requirements for game VFX style guides.
  • Work closely with technical artists and art leads to prioritize game asset development.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines for the VFX team, ensuring alignment with the overall game development roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure clear workflow and timely delivery of assets.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them to keep the art team on track.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and team satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a management position, preferably in the video game industry.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills in devising imaginative and efficient visual solutions for design challenges.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong understanding of the video game development lifecycle, especially in relation to art asset creation and integration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead a creative team and coordinate across departments.
  • Knowledge of art pipelines in AAA.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
