Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will perform a variety of medical procedures, including administering medications, drawing blood, and documenting patient care. This project-based position offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to nursing facility policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
  • Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
  • Provide information regarding patient status to physicians or other care providers.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure.
  • Active BLS/CPR Certification.
  • Knowledge of Med Surg required.
  • Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not available)).
Contract Details:
  • Contract length: 3 months.
  • Pay: $52.00 per hour.
  • Expected hours: No less than 36 per week.
  • Overtime pay.
