We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to enhance our administrative operations at HOPE IMMIGRATION AND CONSULTANCY INC. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Assess and refine new administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage various administrative functions within the organization.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Highly organized with a focus on reliability.
