Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at CANADA INC. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various routes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and address any issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, as well as complete necessary documentation for international routes.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
