Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic individuals for our marketing and sales roles aimed at expanding our community presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to offer homeowners complimentary estimates for our services
  • Receive thorough training on effective client pitching, handling objections, building rapport, and securing quality estimates

Job Duties

  • Provide accurate information regarding our home maintenance offerings
  • Contribute to brand development
  • Generate leads and convert them into estimates during interactions
  • Establish rapport with potential clients
  • Opportunity for advancement within the company; top performers may receive training to conduct estimates and secure jobs directly

Requirements and Benefits

  • Must possess reliable transportation
  • Outgoing and self-motivated individuals are preferred
  • Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods
  • Part-time commitment of 10-15 hours per week

Compensation

Job type: Part-Time

Pay: $16-$20 per hour

Part-time hours: 10-20 hours per week

  • Availability for Monday to Friday shifts
