Role and Responsibilities

This position is open to students pursuing an academic degree and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of training programs in a global engineering context.

As a member of the Central Planning team in Global Engineering, you will work closely with the Leader, Training & Development, to analyze training needs and implement programs that meet the requirements of Global Engineering employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Designing and implementing training programs using our learning management system
  • Managing training logistics, including coordinating with instructors and tracking attendance
  • Providing recommendations for changes to training sessions or programs
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement training initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to create compelling and valuable content
  • Self-starting skills and ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented approach

Preferred Education

Pursuing a degree in human resources, industrial relations, educational technology, technopedagogy, or a related field, with at least one year completed and/or relevant experience.
