Overview

Our Commercial team in the Atlantic is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with commercial clients to deliver world-class customer service, managing an existing portfolio of clients and driving the renewal cycle. This role involves handling day-to-day policy changes, working on diverse accounts, and collaborating with insurers.

Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) - We enjoy the benefits of working remotely while collaborating and interacting with each other in the office. This position can be based out of Gallagher's Hartland, Fredericton, Dieppe, and Halifax office locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of commercial clients, with a focus on transportation, playing the lead role in business retention and building customer relationships.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with account executives in binding the client.
  • Consistently act to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy updates.
About You

  • You maintain a keen eye for detail, which has made you successful in your past roles.
  • You are highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of commercial mid-market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment.
  • Experience within the transportation segment is considered a strong asset.
  • You hold a valid license and relevant certifications, such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other designations.
  • Knowledge of EPIC is an asset.
