About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Construction Laborer to join our team at On Time Glass and Blinds Ltd. as a helper, sider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work conditions, including outdoors, noisy, and dusty settings. You will be required to work in urban and rural areas, and be willing to relocate to different job sites as needed.

Requirements
  • Dependability and reliability are essential for this role, as you will be working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
