The Sales Trainee role at Red Bull Canada is a dynamic opportunity for individuals to develop their sales skills and contribute to the company's success. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for colleagues during vacation, sick leave, or special projects.

- Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts, building strong relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space.
- Train with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes, covering their responsibilities when needed.
- Evaluate competitors' activities, such as new launches and price reductions, and communicate with District Sales Managers.
- Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising components.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Preferred prior sales experience, with a background in consumer packaged goods or retail organizations.
- Knowledge of the beverage market and excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building and people skills, with the ability to work flexible shifts.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a current driver's license and clean driving record.
- Forklift and commercial vehicle operations experience.
