Job Summary

Environmental Health Specialists play a crucial role in assessing and addressing environmental factors that impact community health and safety. We are looking for a dedicated professional to conduct inspections and assessments, develop policies to mitigate environmental risks, educate the public, and collaborate with government agencies and community organizations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of environmental hazards to identify potential risks.
  • Develop and implement effective policies to mitigate environmental risks and promote community health and safety.
  • Educate the public about environmental health issues through various channels, including workshops, presentations, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote environmental health and safety.
  • Monitor and report on environmental compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Experience in environmental health or safety, with a strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
