Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the agency. Manage the hiring process from job postings and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate and manage employee training programs, including onboarding and professional development. Identify training needs and develop and deliver relevant training sessions.
  • Performance Management: Lead the annual performance review process, including package preparation, timelines, staff communication, manager and staff training. Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
  • HR Administration: Manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and termination processes. Assist in the development of KPIs, implementation, and continuous improvements of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or homecare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and trends in the industry.
  • Bilingual is considered an asset, but not required.
