Director of Human Resources

Reporting to the CEO and President, the Director of Human Resources is a key member of the leadership team responsible for providing strategic direction on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an HR business model that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Improve the quality and pace of HR service delivery to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Lead talent assessment and direct the HR team on recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in HR and contribute to the executive team's decision-making process.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in HR management.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR procedures and program development.
  • Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
