We seek a technical training specialist with a background in Preflight Mechanic operations. In this role, you will function as an advisor on production training requirements, collaborating closely with strategic partners to propose educational solutions that align with the goals of the manufacturing strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Preflight Aircraft Mechanic.
- Possession of a College Diploma (DEC) or AEC in Mechanical Engineering, or an ICS diploma accompanied by 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in learning and development, adult education, project management, and coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage others effectively.
- A collaborative team player.
- Adaptable with a positive attitude towards change.
- Well-organized with strong planning capabilities.
- Proficient in both French and English.
