Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the activities of the transportation engineering team and providing support to project managers in executing multidisciplinary initiatives
- Cultivating technical expertise in transportation engineering projects
- Acting as a liaison between project teams and clients
- Contributing to the professional development of team members
- Engaging in business development and preparing proposals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- At least ten years of relevant professional experience
- Proven leadership and business development skills
- Experience managing projects with multidisciplinary teams

- Proven project management experience in transportation initiatives
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary project environments
