About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Consultant to join our team. As a Senior CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system architecture based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients
  • Provide expertise and recommendations for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of the system
  • Configure Dynamics 365, support data migration, and oversee the operation of secure and highly available platform servers and networks
  • Identify opportunities and solve real-world client business problems
  • Strategically assist clients with assessments, solution design, and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3 years of implementation experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, and Field Services
  • 5 years of working experience in a MS CRM environment
  • 4 years of experience as a senior CRM consultant
  • 2 years of experience with system design or information systems
  • Professional experience with multi-phased, globally delivered CRM implementation projects
  • Experience designing and using Dynamics 365 for on-premises implementations and environments
  • Strong CRM industry and product knowledge
  • Proficiency in Dynamics CRM solutions and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • A highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 infrastructure architecture
  • Disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure patterns, practices, and implementation
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts
  • Ability to meet deadlines using strong organizational habits
  • Strong technical architecture and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment
  • Client-centric approach
  • Ability to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and boards of directors
  • Build and lead teams and provide mentorship
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to quality
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, client development, communication, and writing skills
