Education Assistant - Two Positions Available

We are seeking two dedicated Education Assistants to join our team at Journey Middle School. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a variety of classrooms, including those with autism, who require behaviour support and learning assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take direction from teachers and work collaboratively to provide a supportive learning environment
  • Assist students with autism, behaviour support, and learning assistance needs
  • Support students in a variety of classrooms, including inclusive education settings

Requirements:

  • Ability to take direction from teachers and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience working with students with autism, behaviour support, and learning assistance needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
