- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit detailed reports as required.
- Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the establishment's culinary offerings.
- Supervise the assembly of meal trays and the delivery of food service trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
