About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at NSS HOMES LTD. as a key member of our maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, maintaining the integrity of our properties.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
  • Wall Covering Specialist: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, creating a professional finish.
  • Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accurate planning and execution.
