Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize workflow.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize the return of products in accordance with company policies.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules.
  • Engage in selling merchandise directly to customers.
  • Compile reports detailing sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory and store presentation.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will oversee a team of approximately 3 to 4 individuals.
