Job Title: Financial and Administrative Controller
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial and Administrative Controller to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting team and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred
