Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Direct and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting our high standards.

Inventory Management

Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Scheduling and Planning

Establish work schedules and plans to ensure that our food service department is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
