As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that combines traditional tax expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements and engagement teams in servicing the compliance needs of clients
  • Review and analyze tax provisions, income tax returns, and working paper files prepared by junior staff
  • Conduct tax research and analysis on a wide range of tax issues
  • Collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners to develop a holistic business approach for client service
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff
  • Contribute to the development of tax tools and processes to enhance tax compliance and provision efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Canadian income tax in a public accounting firm or industry setting
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of tax compliance engagements
  • Professional Accounting Designation
  • Completed or nearly completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Course or graduated from the MTax program
  • Excellent people management, project management, and organizational skills
  • Able to instill enthusiasm in others to achieve desired results
  • Excellent client service skills with the ability to understand client business needs
  • Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism
  • Emphasis on quality and adding value in client offerings and services
  • Able to provide persuasive and self-assured responses to challenging questions
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
