Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Instructor to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As a Part Time Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs for children aged 0-12 years in our Health and Wellness Branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive programs for children, including activities, crafts, and games
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants
  • Assist with program registration, sign-in, and sign-out processes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a program setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • First aid and CPR certification an asset
