About the Role

• Design and deliver technical training programs and materials to meet the needs of our organization and industry trends.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, or classes to internal and external team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Track training progress and monitor metrics to inform future training initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop, update, or validate technical training content.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technical skills and incorporate them into training programs as needed.
• Work with various stakeholders to understand their training needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Travel to Reliance branches throughout Canada to deliver training sessions as required.

What You'll Bring

• Strong knowledge and experience in the technical field related to training programs.
• A solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training techniques.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Trade licenses in Plumbing (306A) and Gas Fitting (Gas Technician 2) are required.
