Job Description

Intertek Group is seeking a highly skilled Manufactured Housing Project Manager to join our Building & Construction team in Coquitlam, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the manufactured housing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufactured housing construction and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
